She’s worked across the globe in all areas of HR, including employee relations, legal compliance, investigations, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, change management, learning and development, mergers and acquisitions, and benefits administration. Amy has a knack for building strong partnerships with management teams, helping align HR strategy with business goals.
Over the years, she’s balanced employee needs with company missions, providing hands-on HR support in various industries. One of her standout roles was leading HR at an IT start-up, where she handled everything from Payroll and Benefits to Performance Management, while also creating policies and solving employee relations issues. Her key skills include Employee Relations, Performance Management, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits, to name a few.
Known for her creativity, adaptability, and ability to connect with employees at all levels, Amy has worked with everyone from entry-level staff to CEOs.
When she’s not working, Amy is a busy sports mom of two boys and loves volunteering with The MomCo, an organization that helps moms grow as leaders and individuals.
